Join us every Monday through Saturday from 9a-1p or 12-4p to help unbox, organize, and assemble essential items to care for communities affected by the LA Wildfires. All ages are welcome and lunch is provided (12-1p). Let’s serve others, alongside one another, and grow God’s Kingdom!

  • If you or someone you know is facing challenges due to the recent wildfires, whether it's evacuation, loss, or emotional distress, we want to support you. Please click here to fill out our assistance form. Our Care Team is ready to help with resources, prayer, and any immediate needs that arise during this difficult time.

  • In times of crisis, we know that prayer can bring peace and strength. If you or a loved one need immediate prayer during the wildfires, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our Prayer Team is here to support you, asking God for protection, comfort, and healing. Email us at prayer@belair.org, and we will lift you up in prayer as you navigate this challenging season.

  • We understand the emotional toll wildfires can take, whether through loss, displacement, or fear. During this time, spiritual and emotional resources can offer comfort and guidance. Here are some book recommendations to help you process grief, pain, and suffering, while finding strength in God's presence:

    • Walking with God through Pain and Suffering by Timothy Keller (Amazon): A compassionate look at how to navigate suffering with God's help, offering comfort and hope.

    • The Wounded Healer: Ministry in Contemporary Society by Henri J. M. Nouwen (Amazon): A timeless classic on how to bring healing to others while acknowledging our own wounds and vulnerabilities.

    • Rising Strong: How the Ability to Reset Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead by Brené Brown (Amazon): This book offers insight on how to rise from adversity, including the emotional challenges brought on by crisis and loss.
